Glenn Gaffney litigates in
both State and Federal courts as well as before Illinois Administrative
Agencies. Causes of action are often filed in the Courts of Kane County, DuPage
County, and Cook County. Additionally, Mr. Gaffney is licensed to practice in
Federal Court and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Gaffney also
practices before the EEOC, Illinois Department of Human Rights and Illinois
Human Rights Commission. Unemployment claims are litigated before the Illinois
Department of Employment Security and Board of Review. Mr. Gaffney
performs consultations and severance package reviews. He also represents
employees in claims regarding short-term disability benefits, long term
disability benefits, insurance benefits, and pension rights. A comprehensive
review is conducted regarding severance packages to ascertain whether or not it
is in the best interest of the client to enter into a severance and release
