Justin R. Gaffney is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a
Bachelor of Science in Finance. Following his undergraduate studies, he
entered law school and graduated with his J.D. from the New England
School of Law in Boston Massachusetts. Immediately following graduation
he obtained employment as an associate with his father, Glenn R. Gaffney
in the law firm of Gaffney & Gaffney in Glendale Heights, DuPage County,
Illinois. He was the committee vice chair person of the DuPage County
Bar Association Law Practice Management Committee and heavily involved
in other DCBA matters including the DCBA Employment Law Committee. He
is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Labor and
Employment Section, American Bar Association Employment Law Section, and
a member of the Chicago Bar Association. He is also a member of the
National Employment Lawyer’s Association and NELA-Illinois. Mr. Gaffney
practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff’s Employment Rights and
frequently litigates claims arising out of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, ERISA,
FMLA, USERRA, claims for unpaid wages, common law employment related
torts (retaliatory discharge, tortious interference, defamation, assault
and battery). |
